The App is designed to be privacy-first. All your personal data, including workout logs, diet logs, body measurements, and menstrual cycle tracking data, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central database of your personal health data.

3. Microphone and Voice Commands (Google Assistant Integration)

The App requires microphone access to allow you to log food and start workouts via voice commands (including Google Assistant App Actions).

• Voice data is processed in real-time to execute your commands.
• We do not record, store, or share your voice conversations with third parties.

4. Camera and Image Processing

The App requires camera access for barcode scanning and AI Vision food logging.

• Images captured for AI analysis are sent securely to our AI providers solely for the purpose of identifying nutritional values.
• Images are not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.

5. Third-Party Services

To provide advanced features, the App communicates with the following third-party services:

• AI Models: Used for analyzing food text and images. Only the specific text or image you submit for analysis is sent to these services.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used strictly for sending you push notifications and reminders related to your routines and supplements.

6. Data Security

Since your personal health and fitness data remains on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings. We recommend keeping a screen lock on your device.
